The following is a brief description of my experience using the real estate services of Tyler Byrne in acquiring my first home. First off, Tyler Byrne helped me find the right home. The process that we went through is a clear demonstration of Tyler Byrne's patience, persistence and determination. My home buying experience took over 6 months and more than 120 viewings to complete. The initial search criteria was very broad as I was not sure exactly what I was looking for. The search criteria consisted of a home, being either a detached/semi detached house or condominium, located south of Bloor Street ranging from the South Kingsway in the west end to Main Street in the east of Toronto. Tyler Byrne was able to locate a variety of types of homes in many of these different areas. After numerous viewings and careful weighing of the pros and cons of each type of home and neighbourhood, we dramatically arrowed our search to condominiums along Queen's Quay West. Tyler's extensive real estate experience was instrumental in my decision making process. We discussed budgets, taxes, rent potential, renovations and mortgages. Over a four month period we viewed over 60 condominiums along Queen's Quay West until the condominium that was right for my circumstances came on the market. Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. We went through several offers and counter offers before finalizing the purchase. Throughout these negotiations, Tyler Byrne always made himself available and offered great advise. We ended up getting the right condominium at the right price with the perfect closing timeline and closing conditions tailored to my needs. I would not have been able to get the lake view, square footage at the right price had it not been for Tyler's extensive research of listings and comparables that pre-determined the exact unit that I was looking for. The home buying experience is stressful, time consuming and at the best of times very nerve racking. However, dealing with Tyler Byrne made the overall experience very positive and painless. Tyler made the entire home buying process transparent and enjoyable. I highly recommend Tyler Byrne to anyone in need of the services of a real estate agent.
