contact a mortage broker for pre-approval, if you do not have a mortgage specialist please let me know we can refer you to some great individuals who can help.

Tyler will then input your home information into the "find your dream home machine" and will keep you updated via email and phone calls.

STEP #4

once we have chosen several homes of choice, it will be time to book some showings, Tyler will be there to walk you through the home and listen to your comments. We can view as many homes as needed until we find Your Dream Home.

STEP #5

Tyler will take you step by step through the offer process. We want you to feel comfortable with the process, this will be one of the biggest purchases of your life.

STEP #6

once the offer is signed. Tyler will negotiate the best possible price for you. Communication is key so you will be informed of the ongoing progress via phone, text or email. You are an integral part of the negotiations so be ready.

STEP #7

Congrats!!! you have conditionally purchased your dream home. A deposit cheque is to be presented to the homeowners agent's company and held in trust.

STEP #8

time to book the home inspection, an integral part of the process we want to make sure that your dream home is in fact a dream and not a nightmare.

STEP #9

time to firm up your mortgage, we will call to ensure your financing is in place.

STEP #10

financing is in place, home inspections are passed, conditions can now be waived and your dream home is now yours.

STEP #11

just before closing we meet with the lawyers to approve the documents. If you do not have a lawyer we can refer couple of lawyers for your consideration.

STEP #12
