Closing Costs

It would be great if the only cost associated with buying a home would be the sale price but it just happens that there are others costs associated with home buying and we call those closing costs. These expenses are incurred by the buyer and are necessary to complete the purchase but are outside the purchase price for the property.  Let's review some of the different types of costs associated with closing.
